These terms cover your use of this site and any order you place with Kit Culture, based in Fort Worth, Texas. Placing an order means you accept them.
What we sell
Kit Culture sells unofficial fan-version and player-version football shirts. Our kits are not official club merchandise, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any club, league, national federation or sportswear brand. Club names and crests are used only to describe which kit a product is modelled on. Please read our product disclosure before ordering.
How orders work
Every kit is made to order. We do not hold stock. When you order, we place that order with our manufacturing partner, who produces the kit and ships it to you directly.
- Typical delivery is 2 to 3 weeks from the day you pay
- Prices are in US dollars
- We currently ship within the United States only
- Local pickup is available in Fort Worth, TX by arrangement
An order is confirmed once payment clears, not when you submit the form. If a kit turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Pricing and errors
We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a kit is listed at an obviously wrong price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it. We will always tell you before doing this.
Discounts, loyalty and referrals
Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and have no cash value. We may change or end any loyalty or referral offer at any time; anything you have already earned at that point will be honoured.
Every 5th kit is free. Kits count toward the reward once an order is paid, and the free kit itself does not count toward earning the next one. The free kit covers the jersey only — shipping is not included, and is charged as normal on that order. A free kit and a discount code cannot be combined; where both could apply, the free kit is used and the code is left unused. If an order that used a free kit is refunded, the free kit is returned to your account.
Custom kits
Kits built through Build Your Own with a name, number or patches are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm your spelling, number and size before ordering. We are not responsible for a name or number you supplied incorrectly.
Returns
See our returns page for the full policy. In short: 30 days from delivery on unworn kits, return shipping paid by you unless the error was ours, and no returns on custom kits.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details — payment is handled by the payment provider. Some orders are arranged directly over Instagram DM; the same terms apply.
Your account and conduct
Keep your login details secure. Do not use this site to break the law, scrape our content, or resell our kits as official or authentic merchandise.
Our content
The Kit Culture name, logo, site design, photography and written copy belong to us. Please do not reuse them without permission. All product photos on this site are our own.
Liability
We provide this site and our kits as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability we cannot legally limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. The terms in effect when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
